Update: Church Street Phase 2 Tower

Neighboring the newly built Suntrust Plaza on Garland Avenue, Church Street Phase 2 Tower could have a new tenant in-place prior to construction, as reported by Orlando Business Journal. BakerHostetler, one of Orlando’s biggest law firms, is in discussions with Lincoln Property Co. to secure 40,000 square feet of office space in the new construction high-rise. If the deal goes through, this could jump-start construction for the new tower. At this time, there is no timetable for when the project will be completed.
